In addition to the above monthly fees, please note you will be required to pay an initial deposit of £150, which is refundable. Our commitment to make tuition affordable ensures that we will not hike up your monthly price once agreed, even if our fees are increased or updated for any of our packages. *Amount of days & times can be adjustable, for e.g. for Standard Package, if you want to do 2 days instead of 3 days, then it will be 45-minutes per session, etc.
Here’s what to expect after submitting your application form and paying our admission fee:
Once you complete the online registration, our team will respond within 2-4 business days via phone call, WhatsApp, or SMS. If the Admission Fee has not been paid, you will be notified to confirm payment before proceeding.
Upon successful reciept of the Admission Fee, your child(s) will be placed on our Waiting List, which operates on a first-come, first-serve basis according to payment.
If your child is selected for our programme, we will establish contact and reach out to you with regards to your preferred times and days for the child(s), any information related to the applicant and may even request a Trial Lesson if needed.
During this stage, we coordinate with our available tutors, that work with your preferences and child’s schedule.
Your child(s) will be assigned with an available tutor and you will be provided their contact to discuss with them suitable arrangements and set timetable for your child's lessons.
The tutor will finalise the details with us, confirming the days & times agreed for lessons and also the start date.
You will be asked to provide bank details to set up Direct Debit for monthly tuition fees and pay the £150 refundable deposit. In addition to this, you will receive the contract of our Tuition Service Agreement via email to review and sign.
Once ALL the above is confirmed, we will send out an Enrolment Confirmation email, and only then your child will be able to start lessons on the agreed-upon date.
